How to Book

1/ Contact Us

Contact us to check availability and discuss your requirements. We deliberately haven’t automated our booking system as we like to be 100% certain that we can deliver the holiday you are expecting! Whilst the website quotes fixed dates and prices we are happy to accommodate any special requests for short breaks, corporate groups etc. Just let us know and we’ll do our best to say ‘yes’!

2/ Provisional Booking

When you choose to make a provisional booking via e-mail or telephone we will hold the accommodation for 7 days, within which time we must receive a booking form and a deposit of 150 British Pounds for each member of the party. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and that the form must be completed on behalf of a group by a party leader over the age of 18.

3/ Confirmation of Your Holiday

On receipt of the booking form and successful processing of the deposit we will email you to confirm that your booking is secured. We will also let you know the date on which the balance payment is due and you can then relax, safe in the knowledge that your winter holiday is organised.

4/ Balance Payment & Finer Details of Your Booking

The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before departure but we will send you an email invoice with payment details by way of a reminder. If your holiday is booked less than 8 weeks from your arrival date the full cost of the holiday is due when booking and an invoice will be raised straight away.

At the same time as reminding you about your balance payment we will send you a username and password to the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of our website. With this you will be able to make changes to names, dietary needs, travel plans and ski pass requests amongst other things right up until a week before your holiday. This ensures that our team has all the latest info required in order to ensure the smooth running of your holiday!

Your peace of mind is important to us and therefore whilst not all of our holiday sales require financial protection by law we have opted to provide it at no additional cost. More details can be seen in our Booking Conditions.

In accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992" all passengers booking with Host Savoie are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid in advance of travel.

This insurance has been arranged with Affirma - a trading brand of MGA Cover Services Limited, and our policy number is MGA/FFI/01137 2017. Further information can be found in the Affirma Traveller Document and in our own Booking Conditions.
