1/ Check Availability

There are now two ways to do this -

either online through our live booking system by contacting us.

The booking system is only configured for full weeks with standard changeover days and select special offers. For short breaks, different changeover days or anything more specific it is still better to get in touch by email or phone so that we can tailor the ideal holiday for you.


2/ Reservation

When you are ready to book we will ask for a non-refundable deposit (or the full amount if less than 8 weeks from departure) and for the party leader to accept our conditions of booking on behalf of all travellers on their booking.

Online bookings will require real time payment and acceptance of our T&C's, and for email / phone bookings we will hold the accommodation whilst you complete a booking form and make payment (maximum 7 days).

WHEN BOOKING A HOLIDAY WITH US ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO READ AND AGREE TO OUR BOOKING CONDITIONS.


3/ Confirmation

Your holiday will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit payment (£150 pp for catered bookings or 25% of total for self-catered) and at this stage we will let you know the date on which the balance is payable. Until then, relax safe in the knowledge that your winter holiday is organised!


4/ Balance Payment

The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before departure, but we will send you an email invoice with payment details by way of a reminder. Most people opt to make an online card payment but we can also accept bank transfers.

We will also send you a username and password to the 'Manage My Booking' section of our website. With this you will be able to make changes to names, dietary needs, travel plans and ski pass requests right up until a week before your holiday. This ensures that our team has all the latest info required to ensure the smooth running of your holiday!


5/ Get Ready

Now you just need to get ready for your fantastic holiday in a winter wonderland. If you need any help with any aspect of your holiday just contact us with your queries. There are no silly questions, and we want you to have the best possible stay!
