As one would expect of a well thought out ski chalet the entrance is at driveway level and there is even a garage for one vehicle complete with electric car charging station. You can immediately lose the ski equipment here, put your slippers on and leave your ski boots on the heated dryers ready for tomorrow. From this point you can make your way around various half levels to the basement cinema room to catch up with your favourite on-demand series, up to the back garden where you'll find the hot tub and outdoor sauna, or to the 6 bedrooms that all have their own beautiful private facilities.

The five main bedrooms all benefit from a private balcony, some with views of the slopes, others with peaceful views over the garden and a gentle stream. These first five bedrooms are all equipped with zip and lock beds and can therefore be arranged as a Super King or a Twin. The sixth bedroom is a bunk room with its own bathroom and WC adjacent. The two sets of bunks are custom-built and perfectly capable of sleeping 4 adults comfortably. This is no ordinary bunk room and despite being at the rear of the building natural light is channelled in thanks to the glass floor of the balcony above.

The 'pièce de résistance' of Chalet Noisettes for us is the top floor whereby the panoramic view took our breath away on our first visit. A spacious lounge and dining area (comfortably seating 12) look out towards the slopes of Pleney and on a nice day the oversized balcony allows for al-fresco dining. The kitchen is up a few stairs on a mezzanine level and benefits from another small dining table for 6 and all the facilities you could possibly want from a holiday property. As well as the obvious facilities such as a big fridge and separate freezer, excellent oven and a dishwasher you'll also find a wine cooler to keep your favourite tipple at the perfect temperature.
